Cancellation Policy – White100™

Effective Date: September 16, 2025.

• All reservations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final.

• Guests assume 100% of cancellation risk, regardless of reason (including illness, emergencies, travel issues, or force majeure).

• Early departures or unused nights will not be refunded.

• If White100™ cancels due to reasons beyond its control (e.g., property damage), liability is strictly limited to refund of unused nights.
