Terms of Service – White100™

Effective Date: September 16, 2025.

By booking or staying with White100™, guests (“you,” “your”) agree to these legally binding terms.

General Terms

• White100™ provides fully furnished corporate housing suites.

• Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment.

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and stay.

Risk & Liability

• All risks are borne solely by the guest.

• White100™ is not liable for accidents, theft, injuries, illnesses, property damage, or loss during or after stay.

• Guests waive all claims against White100™, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees.

Guest Responsibilities

• Maintain the property in clean and undamaged condition.

• Comply with all building rules and local laws.

• Report any damage immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

• No smoking of any kind inside suites.

• No pets permitted unless expressly approved in writing.

• No illegal drugs, activities, or parties allowed. Violation results in immediate eviction with no refund.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White100™ Corporation from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the property.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dallas County, Texas.
